My approach
To move forward in a way that feels right, we first need to know where we want to go.
Without a clear vision and a mapped-out path, we might find ourselves wandering aimlessly. That’s perfectly fine if it works for you and you’re happy. But for most of us, a little direction can make all the difference—and that’s where I come in. Together, we’ll explore where you are now, where you want to be, and the steps needed to get you there.
My coaching approach goes beyond just setting intentions. It’s about facilitating a shift in perspective through psycho-education, thoughtful enquiry, and daily practices. These tools help you cultivate a deeper, stronger connection with yourself and find clarity on what truly matters in your life.
Rather than asking, “How do I achieve this one specific goal?” I encourage you to ask, “How do I want to feel?”
Rather than striving for an idealised version of who you think you should be, I’ll help you lean in towards self-acceptance. It’s about recognising that you are already enough and embracing your true self – the good, the bad and the ugly. Self-kindness and compassion is the way forward.
The truth is, we often already possess everything we need to get unstuck. With a bit of guidance, it’s possible to reframe our beliefs, embrace our energy and re-focus our attention, allowing us to step into a fuller, more empowered version of ourselves.

Training & Qualifications
I completed my training at the OHC in London to become a certified therapeutic coaching practitioner. The training is highly respected and accredited by some internationally recognised organisations such as the ICF, The British institute for hypnotherapy and NLP and EFT international.
I am trained in the key principles of developmental psychology, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, mindfulness, emotional freedom technique and life coaching.
Additionally, I am a graduate of the mindfulness MBSR course and regularly attend graduate retreats to enhance my own practice.
As a certified and registered practitioner, I am required to take part in ongoing supervision and CPD, to ensure my practice is safe.
1:1 Therapy
If you feel that you require a greater focus on healing, then you may prefer to engage with me for therapy instead of coaching. I am a fully trained and certified Therapeutic Coaching (TC) Practitioner. TC is an integration of several approaches including counselling, developmental psychology, Neuro-linguistic programming, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique and life coaching.
